Cancellations by customer

  • You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched. You can do that by selecting 'cancel' on the order details page.
  • If the order status is dispatched and the order is not delivered to you, Then kindly contact us and we will do the needful.
  • Post Delivery u will have an a option to return the product until 10 days of receving the product
  • Please note:- non returnable product (highlighted during purchase ) won't have an option to either cancel or return.
  • This will be those products which are either made specialy for you or for any occasions and festivals or which are sold under offers or sale.
  • No charges will be deducted upon cancellation of eligible items/orders.
  • Any offers or discounts given during purchase will be deducted upon cancellation of order. 

Cancellations by Thiya

  • Under rare circumstances, Thiya may not be able to deliver the order and hence will cancel it.
  • If the Product is not worth shipping due to minor defect.
  • Incorrect pricing or descriptions of the product.
  • Incorrect or incomplete buyers address.
  • Non serviceability at the buyer address by our courier partners.

Return by customer

  • We offer 10 days no questions asked free return policy. You can do that by selecting 'return' on the order detail page.
  • The products should be unused with the tags intact, purchase invoice, certificates and in original packaging. Return bag is already provided in the main packaging when you received the product first.
  • Once we receive the package, we will inspect it for all the checks & accordingly will approve the return. We appreciate your patience in this matter.
  • For your safety each and every products processing and dispatch is video recorded so that you received what you have ordered. even for returns, the parcel opening at our end is video recorded so you can stay assured.
  • This will be those products which are either made specialy for you or sold on any occasions and festivals or are sold under offers and sale.
  • Maximum 1 time exchange is allowed per order, please note that upon 2nd time return, logistics charge of 100/- will be deducted from refund.
  • Coins Will be considered as Non-Returnable for Customer.

Return Due to incorrect or damaged product

  • We have a through checklist before sending any product to consumer, but still if you have received any incorrect or damaged product then kindly contact us within 12 hours of receiving the order.
  • If the product is found to be defective or incorrect , we will send a replacement or we will refund your money ,once we recieve the piece from you..(whether the product is returnable or non- returnable)

REFUNDS

  • REFUNDS FOR APPROVED CANCELLTIONS AND APPROVED RETURNS WILL TAKE 10 - 15 DAYS TO REFLECT IN YOUR ACCOUNT.
  • AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED BACK IN THE ORIGINAL MODE OF PAYMENT IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED. IN CASE OF COD,AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT THROUGH BANK TRANSFER OR UPI.
  • IF THE AMOUNT IS NOT REFLECTING IN YOUR ACCOUNT AFTER 15 DAYS THEN KINDLY CONTACT US

Buy Back

  • We offer 100% buy back on our own jewelry. the amount will be calculated in the following manner:-(Purity X Weight @ existing metal price).
  • The buy back amount will be credited in your bank account though NEFT or UPI.
