SHIPPING

  • We offer Free Shipping on every order within India. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured at no extra charges. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.
  • Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours once received. with the exception of Indian public holidays where it may take up to 72 hours.
  • Your order will be delivered within 5-7 working days once shipped. in case of any festival or occasional days, it may take upto 7 to 10 working days to deliver.
  • each order will be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, kindly contact us after you place an order.
  • While we would like you to enjoy your entire order together, this may not always be possible due to product unavailability, and we may have to make partial deliveries. But please be assured, we won't rest easy till your complete order has been delivered to you.
  • 10 business days for "Make to Order" items.
  • In case your purchase is a gift for your loved ones, we offer free gift wrapping including a gift message from you.To send a free gift message with your gift, look for the Gift message text box while checking out page. Your personal message will be written on a distinctive card and delivered along with the gift.
  • We provide free return shipment as well, so never think twice before ordering at thiya.
  • Kindly check whether your pincode is serviceable or not from shipping perspective before you make a purchase.
  • You can always check shipment details under order status tab.
  • for your safety each and every products processing and dispatch is video recorded so that you received what you have ordered. even for returns, the parcel opening at our end is video recorded so you can stay assured.
  • Dont accept the delivery if the packaging is tampered with.

PAYMENT

  • You can pay via all credit/debit cards,UPI, wallets and net banking using our payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase.
  • All payment information remain confidential and private during transactions. Our trusted payment gateways use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your information.
  • We wont save any of your payment details with us for your extra safety.
  • We do accept cash on delivery (COD) without any extra charge though this mode of payment is least preferable as it serves limited pincodes.. COD is not applicable on customised jewellery.
  • Currently, orders of cart value between INR 1000 to INR 10,000 for selected pin-code addresses within India are eligible for COD service.
  • You can also pay with your credit or debit card if the courier person is carring a card machine.
  • In case while making the payment, if the amount is debited from your mode of payment and you get a trancation failed or order pendiing due to incomplate payment status, then amount will be revesrsed back to your account within 72 hours.
  • In case the amount is not reversed please contact us with the payment details ,so that we can check from our end.
