FAQ's
- To accrue PNG Circles (Loyalty & Rewards) points, the member must input his/her PNG Circles (Loyalty & Rewards) number while completing the purchase/earn activity.
- The points would be awarded at the time of purchasing/completing activity, irrespective of mode of payment, i.e. Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card etc.
- The PNG Circles (Loyalty & Rewards) points can be redeemed only by PNG Circles (Loyalty & Rewards) members in the country they are registered and only against the Products / Service from P.N. Gadgil Jeweller’s outlets or Associate Partners as informed for time to time.
- At the time of purchase, a customer can redeem only the previous points and the earned new points can be redeemed in the following Invoice/ i.e. at the time of next purchase.
- PNG Circles (Loyalty & Rewards) points are non-negotiable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- Membership is voluntary and open to all Indian citizens. The Titan Encircle membership is only for individual use and not for corporate purchases. The Titan Encircle membership is non-transferable.
- When goods are returned/transactions cancelled, Points debiting will be done based on the points earned as per the customer’s transacted tier not on the lowest tier.
- Each mobile# will have only one membership number assigned to it
- Earned encircle points are valid for two years from the date of earning, customer can redeem points with in that period otherwise points will expire on the set date. Customers will be reminded on various occasions on the expiry of points.
- Customer can check his points balance by logging in to www.titanencircle.com or he can call on encircle IVR number “080-45300005“ & follow instructions to know his points balance.
- Signing up(Creating an account) will automaticaly enroll you for the loyalty program
- Upgrade/Downgrade of Tiers will be based on cumulative points earned by the member in a period of 24 months from the date of enrollment or last Upgrade/Downgrade date. Member has to maintain the threshold points in 24 months from the date of Tier upgrade to retain tier, he will be downgrade to one level if criteria not met.(Please refer points slabs required to maintain tier).
- "Encircle points CANNOT be earned for the following amounts reflecting in the purchase;
- Coupon discount
- Special coupon
- Coupon discount + Bank offer
- Product discount
- Product discount + Coupon discount
- Product discount + Bank offer
- Birthday / anniversary discount
- *The points will be credited for the payment made by you in any modes.
- *Loyalty Points will be earned on the purchase/activity value excluding taxes and statutory levies."
T&C
- The Rewards Program aims at providing rewards and benefits to all the customers of TBA located across the globe as a reward for showcasing their loyalty towards TBA.
- The Rewards Program covers all online and offline stores of TBA. However, TBA reserves the right to remove any offline store of TBA from the Rewards Program, or alter the terms and conditions of this Rewards Program with respect to any offline store of TBA.
- TBA at its sole discretion, without any prior intimation, may alter/modify the T&C and/or the structure of the Rewards Program including discontinuation of the Rewards Program itself.
- A member will be automatically upgraded from a lower Tier to a higher Tier once the accumulated purchase reaches the minimum level for that particular Tier. However, at the time of upgradation the member will be eligible for earning Loyalty Points for the lower level Tier and not the higher Tier for the purchase responsible for upgradation of the Tier.
- All members of the Rewards Program are required to provide mandatory information including full name, valid & active mobile number and email-id, and adhere to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed for membership from time to time by TBA. The membership under the Rewards Program will be granted solely at the discretion of TBA and the final discretion on all matters relating to the membership shall vest with TBA at all times.
- The credit of Loyalty Points against purchases made at all offline stores of TBA will take at least 1 day to reflect in the member's account. For all online purchases made at www.tribebyamrapali.com("Website") for prepaid orders, the credit of Loyalty Points will take place after 15 days of the order getting shipped; and for COD orders, the loyalty points will be credited after 15 days of the order getting delivered. However, TBA shall not be responsible for any delay in having the loyalty points credited into the member's account.
- TBA reserves the right to refuse to award Loyalty Points for any breach or non-compliance of these terms and conditions or failure to pay for the purchases.
- Once the transaction is completed, the Loyalty Points in a member's account will be reduced to the extent of the Loyalty Points spent. If there is any shortfall in payment under an invoice after redeeming the Loyalty Points, the member shall pay such amounts separately by other means as suggested by TBA to such member.
- Amount equivalent to points in account cannot be exchanged for cash or amount cannot be credited in any other mode of payment
- In case of product purchased by redeeming points and same being returned back, no payment will be credited back in any modes. Instead points will be credited back only.
- As a part of the above given privilege, the additional discounts as applicable above can be clubbed with any other offer available on that given day.
- The privilege of members to avail such Additional discounts as per the Tier will lapse automatically after expiry of 12 months from the date of qualifying for such Tier membership. Upon expiry of 12 months, new coupon will be issued for the next 12 months by TBA.
- In case the membership of a member upgrades from one Tier to another Tier within 12 months from the date of qualifying for previous Tier membership, the upgradation of the addtional discount coupon will be exchanged for old one.
- The members are requested to update any change in their registered mobile number, address and any other profile information from time to time on the Website, or write to us at help@tribeamrapali.com, or call us on (+91) 01412771661. The member shall be responsible for providing accurate information, including name, address, email-id and mobile number. TBA relies solely on the information provided by the member from time to time and shall not be liable for any incorrect information or failure on the part of member to forthwith update any information or any consequences arising thereof.
- In the event of a dispute between the member and TBA, with regard to or in relation to the Rewards Program, the decision of TBA shall be deemed as final and binding
- All the terms and conditions are subject to the Indian law and disputes, if any, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan India.
- By becoming a member of the Rewards Program, a customer consents to and agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions mentioned herein or as modified or varied from time to time by TBA.
- Refferal points will be credited within 5 days of the new user(reffered user) completing 1st transaction
